Important information:
- These rates are linked to the event via the coupon/code: #COBRAC2026.
- The discount applies to stays that necessarily include the event dates (November 4 and 6, 2026); additional dates before and/or after the event may be included, provided the stay encompasses November 4 and 6, 2026.
- Any extension of these rates to additional nights (before or after the event) may be considered in accordance with current internal policy, at the discretion of the Customer Service Department.
- These rates cannot be applied to reservations with dates falling outside the event period.

- These rates apply only when the reservation is requested directly through the hotel’s reservations department.
- They do NOT apply to reservations made via other channels (Booking, third-party websites, reservations already confirmed through other means, etc.).
